Luke Berry or How to Be Successful Under 30

Luke Berry, industry commentator and property analyst, is one of the most sought-after property commentators and presenters this year and one of Australia’s hottest entrepreneurs before the age of 30, as stated by Hottest30under30 in 2009.

Luke Berry is the co-founder of Thirdi (pronounced “Third Eye”) Property Group and, since November 2004, is the director of the company. Thirdi Property Group, a Sydney-based property investment company, offers opportunities for investors who want secured, managed and sourced secure strategic investments.

Thirdi operates across four divisions: Thirdi Project Marketing, Thirdi Property Developments, in Sync Property, specialized in the management of clients’ investment properties located around Australia, and, considered one of Australia’s fastest growing investment sites. Through these divisions, Thirdi focuses on a broad range of investments combining technology, knowledge, and innovation with the best people to deliver outstanding results for their clients.

Moreover, in 2010 and also in 2011, Business Review Weekly (BRW) has recognized Thirdi as being on of the fastest growing businesses in Australia. More precisely, starting in 2004, Luke Berry has created five successful businesses, all before the age of 30. For this, he was included in BRW’s fast starters list. Both Australian Business Awards and the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) awarded and recognized Thirdi innovation in websites and marketing.

Besides Thirdi and NextHotSpot, Luke Berry developed businesses like Innovative Solutions Oceania, iSports Marketing and TootnTinkle toy brand.

Luke Berry says that his expertise and experience lie in the creating and implementing of “on-line” development strategies, which capitalize the power and reach of the Internet in order to obtain remarkable results for his associates and for companies.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he is specialized in sales and marketing, in coporate branding, in Internet based media and approximately all things that have to do with promotions and PR.

Before founding Thirdi, Luke Berry was a Guru Sales Person at ADP between July 2011 and November 2003, position in which he sold payroll and HR products and services. About the time spent in this “great company”, Berry confessed he missed all the old team greatly.

Earlier, 1999-2011, he worked as a Marketboomer for BDM and was responsible for the business development of channel partner (suppliers) that used the marketboomer platform.

He graduated Williams Business College, where between 1999 and 2001 he earned an Advanced Diploma in Marketing. His achievements also include excellence in marketing and web innovation recognition and awards from the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW) and Australian Business Awards. Nevertheless, in 2011, Luke Berry was part of the BRW 2010 Fast Starters and featured on CommSec Entrepreneur watch.

Besides being a passionate business owner who enjoys the journey as much as the idea of the ultimate destination, more important than this, as he admits, is that he loves fishing! Last but not least, the property analyst admits that he has a thought process that he lives by. The personal motto of Luke Berry is “Nothing is certain, but all things are possible”.
